This is very important, make sure the main point is to feel relaxed and focus. To much THC and it will have the opposite effect. It is best to try it before going to the gym. Microdosing is very important, especially for beginners. Understand your body and mind, and what feels good for you. We recommend, you work out at home at first to get used to it.
